Even though the camp, was torn down years ago, I never stopped guilding friends and out-of-towners in these waters.
Thats when I made my guilde status legal and got certified by the United States Coast Guard as licensed Captain.
Our full day charters offer the most variety: including grouper, amberjack, mangrove snapper, blackfin tuna, king mackerel and any number of "surprise" fish.
Additional fish sometimes includes African pompano, cobia, permit, jewfish, octopus, dolphin (mahi-mahi) or shark.
I use shrimp by the hundreds as well as live pinfish, grunts, squirrelfish, and frozen sardines.
I am available to instruct you in navigating local waters, boat handling, tackle selection and successful fishing methods.
I conduct fishing seminars in the Sarasota area and encourage residents to attend when they are available.
