Marlin Fishing Hawaii Style - Hawaii Marlin fishing is a team sport. Blue Marlin are at the top of the ocean's food chain, they fear nothing. Selecting an experienced crew is crucial. If you are fishing in Oahu, Hawaii and want to land a big Blue Marlin, you need the experienced well-seasoned crew of the Hawaii fishing charter boat, "Live Bait". The current boat record for the "Live Bait" is a 953 lbs. Blue Marlin. We want a Grander.
To make your voyage with us as pleasant and safe as possible, we have gathered the following information for your convenience and boating enjoyment.
RUBBER SOLED SHOES: Boat shoes or tennis shoes are a must. Street shoes can be slippery when wet and bare feet are dangerous.
SUN PROTECTION: Bring plenty of high intensity sun protection such as sun block, sun glasses and etc. UV rays intensify at sea.
MOTION SICKNESS: If you are prone to motion sickness, eat a light breakfast such as cereal in the morning and take Dramamine-2 or Bonnine at the recommended intervals for at least 36 hours before departure.
BEVERAGES: When possible bring your beverages in cans or plastic containers. Do not bring glass on the boat.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Bananas are considered bad luck on boats all over the world. Leave them at home!

Don't worry about fishing tackle! "Live Bait" provides all the fishing equipment needed to catch Marlin, Wahoo (Ono), Tuna (Ahi), Mahimahi, and anything else that has the misfortune to cross our path. Just bring food and drinks.
